What will this Quote be?

Today we have been talking about Quotes and each week we will work on a new slide and quote . to show what the quote means . If you have an ability to do something like a  sport doesn't mean your the captain of the team you also need dependability,reliability  and accountability reading the quote. I am still wondering what accountability.
