I have learnt about pollution problems. I have also learnt about what happens when you swap baking soda for baking powder. I have done some research on pollution and hare is a fun fact our electricity in NZ is water turbaned lake waikarimoana water. in the baking one I did biscuits, scones and cupcakes I'm telling you, you do not want to swap baking soda for baking powder in scones it taste disgusting.
Great work Malia, I loved how you looked at two aspects of Science! Aren't we lucky in NZ that we have so much water to generate electricity.... I've always wondered what the difference would be if we swapped soda for powder....
