my catapoult plane

yesterday  I did my catapult plane and here's a slideshow I used a piece of paper with centimeters  on it

  1. Great answers to the questions Malia! I am wondering how the rubber band made the plane crash more often? I love seeing your photos! Your graph does what I would think - it keeps going up the further you pull the rubber band back... I wonder why? Ka Pai on this learning!

    I enjoyed seeing the photos of your set up for the testing of the plane. It was a good idea to lay out a tape measure first. Measuring is a great way to use your maths knowledge. Keep up the good work!

  3. I actually didn't realise you had completed this Malia!!! Its awesome work! I was wondering where all the planes had come from that I have found all over the place! Great work with Dad! It was lovely that you also involved Ollie in this project too as he enjoyed seeing how the planes worked too. I wonder if it would make a difference how the planes fly if you use heavier card?
