I thought I might try your carrot cake recipe, could read the ingredients clearly, but I couldn't read the instructions of how to make it. Maybe, it is just my eyes?

DeleteYour recipe made a big cake! Baking is a great way of using your math's and reading skills. I agree, a carrot cake needs walnuts. Have you tried putting them into a muffin tin?
ReplyDeleteYUM! That looks really delicious Malia! Does it taste as delicious as it looks? I saw Hilary in lockdown on TV making Hummingbird Cake which is a bit like carrot cake, but it has pineapple in it. Enjoy your baking!
